The Procurement Card (ProCard) program at Mississippi State University allows departmental personnel to make small dollar purchases (under $5,000) using a VISA credit card. Use of the ProCard accelerates the process of purchasing routine or small dollar items while at the same time, reduces the amount of paperwork involved.
